When I set up the Followtopia blog I did not realize that blogger defaults to having nofollow tags turned on. Thus, the Followtopia blog could not have been found by the Followtopia Search Engine for finding sites without the no follow tag. That would not have been good. Many others have detailed the benefits of turning off the nofollow tag. And the whole point of Followtopia is to be able find those do follow sites.
Today, I have finally corrected the problem with the help of a few other bloggers. First, I found how to remove nofollow tags in blogger. At first the templates would not save properly in blogger, but clearing my cookies and catch fixed all my problems.
This was good to get no follow off, but I noticed blogger didn't allow html links in comments, so I followed another blogger's recommendations to improve commenting on blogger. Basically, you just have to follow the guide from haloscan on how to install their improved comments to blogger.
So now all of Followtopia is officially part of the do follow movement.
